Christopher Schmied is Senior Research Data Scientist at Leibniz-Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP) and serves as Lead Data Scientist at EU-OPENSCREEN ERIC. With a background in Evolution of Development and Genetics, he has also worked as a Bioimage computing and AI researcher at Fondazione Human Technopole. He did a Postdoc at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and earned his PhD at Dresden University of Technology.
